"Agatha (Aggie) has learned so much since the 16th. She knows her name (Aggie). She knows sit and come (mostly). She has adjusted to her crate and sleeps well, especially at night. She sits calmly to get out of her kennel, playpen and to get her food or her afternoon kong break. She is still working out housebreaking but as smart as she is I think she will get it soon.

She is bright and is demonstrating a desire and aptitude for carrying sticks, which she eagerly seeks every time she goes outside. She is helping us keep the yard picked up. She is growing like a weed. She gained 3.6 lbs the first week. She did well at the vet and did not have any trouble with her initial vaccinations. She is a sweet, calm yet high energy pup, just what I wanted."

Brita

"I wanted to give a fun update on our chocolate lab we got from the Taco/Drake Sept 2023 litter. Our girl Zara is now almost 3 years old and last December she and I passed the Therapy Dog certification exam! We now visit an autism therapy school regularly to spend time with the kiddos there, and I have also taken her to a few trainings at my work that involved some heavy topics, so everyone was thrilled for a dog to pet during the trainings. Everyone compliments her on how sweet and gentle she is and how great she is around little kids and new adults in public spaces. I have wanted to have a therapy dog for a long time, but my previous dogs just weren't quite the right temperament. Zara is perfect for it!...Thanks again for breeding such wonderful companions!"

John

"I wanted to tell you that the pup I got from you is so above and beyond what I was expecting. Indie is so smart and just gets what we are teaching her. I truly want to thank you for breeding quality labs that fit the bill. Not that I want to show her or even hunt with her, she is just truly a great pup. Couldn't be more happy with her. My older lab has taught her well in the rules of the house and how to conduct herself...Once again thanks for having excellent bloodlines! It's truly worth the money to have a quality pup!"

Meghan & Alex

"We wanted to share a quick update on the green male from Piper and Leo's litter, born 9/30/25 (now Gus) - he's doing so well! He's settled in beautifully as part of our family and has got the hang of potty training, basic commands, and leash walking, which has been so fun to see. Gus is wonderful with our kids and has such a sweet, gentle temperament. He's got that perfect balance of being mellow while still having the playful puppy energy we expected. We're truly grateful - Gus is such a great dog, and we couldn't be happier with him. Thank you again for raising such a special pup!"

Jen

"I just wanted to send you an updated photo of Boris at 5 months. He's a great dog. The puppy school trainer asked where I got him because she said he is the best lab she'd ever seen. She says she'd always said she'd not get a lab because they are too dopey to train well. Boris is the star student and doing well. He isn't as blocky headed as we thought he'd be when he was just little - it's narrowing out - but he's beautiful. I get stopped everywhere I go and have your website handy. I tell people how well cared for your dogs are, how much love they get and that you clearly know what you are doing. They are smart and loved. Thanks again!"

Marlo

"I just had to update you on Tater. He is doing amazing! He is just the best boy ever, and please know he is so loved! I believe he is 5 months old now and has all his big boy shots now. He is so sweet and loves to just snuggle. His personality is hilarious. He is a very smart boy! We have had several people comment on him already and ask where we got him! The difference in him compared to our other chocolate lab is just crazy. His coat, body structure, just everything about him is so noticeably "pure bred" if you will, not sure how to word it exactly but I'm sure you know what I mean. He's a very healthy puppy!"

The Park-Harri Family

"Dear Tammy- Hope this finds you and your family well. Hugo (AKA yellow collar-Sasha and Max 5/2025) and his big brother Griffin (Drake and River-6/2024) are the BEST of friends. Griffin continues to be the "intense" one of the two. He is uber focused on anything involving training. There have also been no rodents in the yard when he is out...Griffin also alerted me to an aggressive coyote that was tailing us. I have never had a lab that was so protective. Hugo is the sweetest and so sensitive. He is a true lap dog and we love him to pieces. A lot of our friends and family thought we were cuckoo for getting another lab so early but, once again, your superior breeding standards are apparent as they have been so easy to train. They are the sweetest. Thank you again. Especially with the events happening as of late in our city, they provide such good comfort."

Kris & Lisa

"Tammy, I wanted to give you an update on the pup we got from you last year. His name is Watson, and he is doing well. We sent you a photo of him at basic retriever training, where he was introduced to the gun, birds, and the e-collar. He is very "bird crazy" now and was nicknamed "Wild Watson" by his trainer. He was about 10 months old in the photo. Thanks for a great dog."

John & Kim

"We have been slow to send you this note, but we wanted to tell you how thoroughly delighted with our boy Lodi. We picked him up eight months ago and he has been an absolute wonder from day one. He learned to use the bell to go out in about two weeks and had only about a half dozen accidents (probably us not paying attention). He is very quick to learn and is our 85lb lap dog. He loves to play and is great friend to the cattle and horses, he spends many hours a week lying in the pasture with the horses. We were hesitant to get a new dog after our last girl Emma who we thought could no be matched, but he has met those expectations. Thank you."

Rhonda

"Hi Tammy & Dave, just want to share how happy we are to have Henry in our family. He is the perfect pup for us! He is tilly's black brother and is weighing in at 35 lbs. at 4.5 months! He is super mellow, very smart, loves kids & older people, and wants to please everyone. He amazes me every day. He already knows basic commands and has been potty trained for weeks. He still loves for us to hold him like a baby; however, he is almost too big for that now. He goes everywhere I can take him, and he always gets compliments on how pretty he is for a lab. I always share where I got him. You all did a great job starting his life for him. Thank you so very much. Please let Rachel know too, since she has his sister."

Matthew W - Mercy & Storm Litter

"Miss Sadie is doing great! We love her so much! Would highly recommend getting a dog from you to anyone!! She is pretty much fully potty trained so that's amazing!"

The Park-Harri Family

"Hi Tammy - Merry Christmas! We wanted to let you know that Griffin has been the absolute perfect addition to our family. He excels at all of his classes and is the sweetest. He has the two "kinds" of doggy intelligence - plain IQ smarts and eagerness to please in spades. We couldn't be happier, and he has given us much needed comfort after our last lab passed away. Your breed standards are above and beyond and are much appreciated."

The McNamee's

"I just wanted to take a moment to tell you how much we adore the puppy we got from you in October - Sierra has completely stolen our hearts! She's such a wonderful addition to our little family; we had professional photos taken of her and they turned out absolutely beautiful - she's such an angel!

Thank you for everything you do and for giving us the opportunity to bring her into our lives. We are so grateful and couldn't imagine life without her."

Jake

"I picked up Kona back in November of 2023 from the Tears and Lady Liberty litter. Tammy and the people at Fieldstone Kennels were nothing but amazing, I now spend my evenings in the duck blind with my best pal or cuddled up on the couch watching her favorite show...HOCKEY!!!"

Karly & Oakley

"I'm the owner of Oakley (Liberty/Tears) and I just thought I would give you an update now that she's almost 8 months. Oakley is so smart she knows so many tricks and is working very hard to be her dads little hunting buddy, but she is definitely a momma's girl which I love! She loves going to the racetrack, the farm, and playing with her doggy cousins. She is so laid back and I could not have asked for a better first dog. She is so amazing and I hope to get another puppy from your guys one day."

Jenny

"Jake (Ricochet Litter) is approximately 11 months old and is a waterfowl and grouse hunting big machine. He is wonderful with the kids too and they love him more than life itself. Thanks again for the phenomenal dog!!!!"

Stacy W

"I just wanted to give you a quick Mack (Ari & Molly Litter) update. He has been an absolute delight! He's been a breeze to train, full of personality and is an amazing companion. In May, Mack passed the CGC test and earlier this month achieved his Novice Trick Dog title, now making him Fieldstone's Raining Mack-A-Roni CGC TKN."

Kelly

"I am so happy with my new pup Gunner! I had the pleasure of going to Fieldstone Kennels to pick him up and was impressed with how clean the kennel was and how happy all the dogs and puppies were. Tammy really cares for each puppy, and you can tell they love her. I will definitely be getting another puppy from them. Gunner has a great temperament and is so smart. My friends have puppies, and he is well behaved and easier to train compared to the other pups. Thank you for breeding such a great dog!!!!"

Matt D.

"Norman has already started to come to school as he will be getting trained in therapy to help kids with special needs and mental health illness. Norman's temperament and demeanor are incredible for only being 4 months old! He is calm, obedient, sociable and friendly to everyone he meets. He loves to be pet by the middle schoolers he is working with. He has brought so much joy to his owners and the students at school."

Dan & Stacy

"We want to share with you what a wonderful dog Emma is. We just had her at Prairie Peak Kennels for three weeks of obedience/intro to hunting training. When we picked her up, the trainer commented about what a wonderful lab she is and how hard it can be to find a really good lab. He said her parents must have great traits because Emma's ersonality and instincts for water/retrieving are so great. Thank you again for a fantastic addition to our family."

Linda

"Little Buck! (Remy & Tears Pup)

Already an amazing bird dog! He is such a good boy; we couldn't be happier with him! You do a wonderful job with your dogs! Thank you"

Yogi's Family

"Yogi is 11 months and is full of personality. I've never met a dog as happy as him. There is never a time when he is not smiling. He learns incredibly fast! Had him sitting and being able to hold on command by 4 months. We are now getting into bird training and he is doing wonderful. Even though he is full of energy, he is still one of the calmest pups I've ever seen! He us such a great addition to our family. (Son of Ari/Lilly)"

Chip's Family

"We are so happy with our boy Chip! (Echo & Shadow litter) Chip has the typical English lab look with his beefy physique and big blocky head. He has adapted well in all situations. We couldn't ask for a better temperament. Chip has been a wonderful happy calm puppy! Tammy did a wonderful job describing Shadow and Echo's personalities and we love how they've developed in Chip."

Sully's Family

"We had such a positive experience with Fieldstone! Tammy was an excellent communicator and was very organized. Our sweet Sully (Coco & Shadow litter) has been the perfect addition to our family. He's been such a wonderful puppy to train. We could absolutely tell that Sully had been well socialized. He immediately loved up on our toddler, and it was very evident he had been comfortable around children! We are so happy with him and would definitely recommend Fieldstone!"

Zelda's Family

"Pristine experience with Fieldstone Kennels. We are truly in love with our sweet little "coffee bean" puppy named Zelda. She is settling right in at home, and I can tell she's going to be an excellent dog. Oh, and puppy kisses are the best!"

Henry's Family

"Dave and Tammy were a joy to work with in our search for our new puppy. They breed absolutely top-notch dogs. The adults are the very definition of the English Labrador. Our puppy Henry, at 10 weeks, is already the smartest dog we have ever known. He is already sitting on command and going to the door to go outside. He is beautiful, loving and smart. We highly recommend Fieldstone Kennels and will come back to them in the Future!"

Zeke's Family

"Zeke is from Molly & Ari's September 2019 litter. He has the most wonderful disposition and the most beautiful coat. I thoroughly enjoyed working with Tammy through picking him out, bringing him home and staying in contact with her as he grows! Who knows, maybe a sister for Zeke is in the future!"

Kezzy's Family

"Just thought I'd message you guys an update! Kezzy is from Jenny * Tears Feb '19 litter and she turned into a pretty fantastic hunting dog. She's steady, has energy for days, is incredibly smart and could not be more snuggly at home. She's a lover and the best duck hunting partner I could have asked for."

The Boswell's

"Mille is growing so fast and such a good girl! She's super athletic and such a quick learner! She loves the water...coming from "non-duck hunters" she is so agile in the water that we are taking up duck hunting! So thankful for good quality breeders like you guys!"

Karly

"Hello Tammy, this is Karly. I'm the owner of Oakley (Liberty/Tears) and I just thought I would give you an update now that she's almost 8 months. Oakley is so smart she knows so many tricks and is working very hard to be her dads little hunting buddy, but she is definitely a momma's girl, which I love! She loves going to the racetrack, the farm, and playing with her doggy cousins. She is so laid back and I could not have asked for a better first dog. She is so amazing and I hope to get another puppy from you guys one day."

Joy & Family

"This was our first experience purchasing froma breeder. You made this process so easy for us! Your Minnesota puppy is now our Florida puppy. "Chewy" has brought so much love and joy to our home. He is our second lab (first came from a non breeder) and the difference is incredible. He is already "trained" in so many ways. You will be our first call if we ever add to our puppy family. Thank you so much!"

Rachel

"Summer is an amazing dog and has filled our home with sooooo much love. She is a wonderful combo of mischievous yet obedient. She is incredibly affectionate and so good with our 4 young kids, plus all the neighbor kids. She is absolutely gorgeous in all her features!! We are so grateful for her and love her so much. Thank you again!!"

Brian & Hailey

"Moose is an absolute angel! From his sweet temperament to his huge heart, we are blessed to have the gentle giant as a part of our family. For him, there is no such thing as a stranger, just a best friend he hasn't met yet. This goes for human and pets alike. We can't say enough good things about our experience with Fieldstone. It is clear from our interactions with Tammy, to the facilities, and from the pedigree they have established, Fieldstone is second to non and truly cares about their dogs. Moose has excellent retrieving drive and loves all things water and stick related. We are looking forward to taking him out to the lake to swim and to hunt this fall. Thank you!"

Sydney

Hello! I got a female puppy (Muck) from you in the fall of 2023. She’s just over a year and a half old now. I was looking at your website to send you guys an awesome review but couldn’t find where to send that so I’m just going to send it here!
As a dog owner and dog trainer, Muck is one of the most stable, loving, sweet, and smart dogs I know. She learns quickly, has tons of motivation to learn and interact with the world, and is full of confidence. Not to mention her looks - she’s beautiful and I get complimented on her ALL the time. I coincidentally have had the pleasure to train a handful of dogs from your kennel as well. Every single one of them are exactly like Muck. Desperate to please, amazing temperaments, and just a breeze to train. I’ve recommended you guys to all the Lab lovers that I know. You guys are awesome! Thanks so much for our girl.
